エル・デバージのソロ３作目、プロデューサーにはモーリス・ホワイトが参加、ミュージシャンにはモーリス繋がりアル・マッケイの他、ラリー・グラハム、リー・リトナー、ネーサン・イースト、ボブ・ジェームス、パティ・ラベル等、錚々たるメンバーが参加しています。
アルバムからはシャンテ・ムーアとの粋なデュエット・ナンバーの"You Know What I Like"、ヒップ・ホップの"Another Chance"、ファルセットが美しいバラードの"My Heart Belongs to You"がヒットしました。
プリンスが提供した”Tip O' My Tongue”はジョー・ガーランドが作曲の名曲"In The Mood"をバック・トラックに作った１曲で、プリンスと同じくファルセットが得意なエルにピッタリの１曲でした。
